Just so easy and controllable!!

Such quick access to online customer service who are extremely helpful and have solved issues that I've had within minutes. So easy to control the card itself - cash withdrawals, payments outside of the UK both off and gambling blocked - that gives me peace of mind that if anybody did get the card and got lucky in the pin, their options are limited more than on my other cards! Customer service on demand and multi accounts

One of the best accounts I have had after first direct, in fact this one replaces my first direct account. I can have multiple accounts with their own account numbers, label them for different things, 1% cash back on every day purchases, 5% on that, then 3.2% on all other savings, your money literally keeps growing. Took a long time to roll out from the US, but great move and looking forward to more products being rolled out. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Hassle-free control of my money

Banking has never been easier. I find the app a dream to use. It's fabulous that I can spend money abroad without currency fees and interest is earned on my money. The round up function is also a great idea. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023
