Easy to use bank account app

I was a bit sceptical when recommended Chase by my son. Actually it was easy to set up on my phone. I find it very convenient to use the apps features to manage my spend. I also like to round up savings features. Also interest rates are being increased at a faster rate than others. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Very impressive customer care.

Took my Chase card on holiday. It was a very good experience. Using the card I was gaining a 1 to 2 cents on the normal holiday rates using euros. When making purchases I received an almost instantaneous report on my phone stating the price in euros and the amount converted to GBP along with the current exchange rate. Impressive. Security was also good with several checks where the card required inserting in the shops machine and verifying using my PIN. Faultless Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Breath of Banking Fresh Air

All the regular high street banks in recent years seem to think that they are doing you a favor by handling your money. Paying derisory interest rates and even charging you for spending your own money. I travel a great deal so using my Chase card all over the world especially in S.E Asia just takes out all the stress just knowing your payment is going to be excepted and your account not then blocked. Then actually been paid to spend is an incredible bonus. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Simple app, easy to contact

I've been with Chase for 1 year and find the service very good, The app is straightforward, albeit a little slow at times, and the response from the contact centre is admirable if any difficulties arise. The only negative is that there's no way to download transactions for analyisis. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023
