The worst customer service

Great bank, so long as you never have to contact them. Every single time I have had to over the last year, it has turned into a nightmare. The staff are so poorly trained that nobody knows what is going on. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Great service. Now using more than Revolut. Only worrying experience was a spam call claiming to be from Chase. Very convincing but follow up support using Chase’s chat App was excellent & avoided me being spammed. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
