Chase caught a scammer. Chase helps whenever I need to talk to them. I’m 77 and this is the best bank so far! Don’t think I’ll need many more but this is honestly the best. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

I really do love Chase.

I really do love Chase. However, I wish that they did more for customers like me. My friends and family who also bank with Chase get better %’s than what I get and when I query, they just say feedback will taken on. Only thing I’d say to improve is to offer more competitive rates.
