Very, very good.

Excellent banking app which is extremely easy to use and not full of rubbish trying to sell me other services. They provide a numberless debit card ensuring your money is safe from prying eyes. Cashback/rewards offered on ALL transactions for 1 year which I hope they extend. Very happy so far! Reviewed on: 17th March 2023

Dark Mode

Banking facility's, customer service and communication are all excellent. As a customer with a visual impairment I implore Chase to add a dark mode to their app. The bright white background with faint blue fonts make it impossible for me to read. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023

Competitive rates

I have found the transfers very quick and easy both between Chase accounts and to other banks. I like the 1% cash back and the round up account earning 5%. Excellent for overseas spending with low charges, good exchange rates and I had no problem using it in Mexico. Only downside I know of is I cannot use desktop computer to manage account. Easy to use account and interest too

Love this account only opened to save but addition interest too. It’s so easy to transfer etc and like the way card is clear and don’t show details less chance of someone using it. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023
