Great service

I joined Chase on the recommendation from my sister, its great for saving and spending and the app is great too. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023

So easy and user-friendly

Chase is the first truly on-line bank I have used and I have been absolutely delighted with it. It’s interface is user-friendly and the link with the savings account means I can transfer money from savings (with a good rate of interest) to current even if I have been fight short at the till. After registering & having the account setup all swimmingly fine since..

The process can be a little delayed in having the account set up but once completed the user interface is intuitive & easy to use along with great rates and helpful "customer service" personnel that are knowledgeable, polite and helpful also. As well as having some of the best "Interest rates" going for saving and current accounts. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023

Account integration

I~ find the app very user friendly with none of the restrictions of the main 4 bankls - very refreshing that you are not hampered by dumb solutions asking if you want to send money to an account you keep sending money too. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023

Very professional almost immediate response with a human voice.

It is such a pleasant surprise when Chase answer your queries almost immediately alleviating any anxiety or stress. What is most hateful with other companies is when they say "our agents are very busy pls hold your call is important to us" - what stuff and nonsense - it is inefficient, under-resourced, unprofessional which you do NOT get with Chase. Well done Chase - I am your no 1 fan - keep it up - I am beating the drums for you - YOU ARE THE WINNER IN MY EYES. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023

The Best of Banking

I can't fault Chase Banking app at all. It's usefulness for organising and managing your money is excellent. You can see at a glance how and where you spend your money and receive alerts every time a purchase is made. I love the round-up feature when you shop and the percentage rate offered on savings.
