Help & understanding at a critical time...

Genuine need of opening account in emergency during CoVid - due to bereavement; sympathetic, efficient assistance provided online when it couldn't be gained personally in a hurry elsewhere! Tried Chase on recommendation at last resort from regrettable excuses from other more traditional establishments who declined my brief & that was almost a year ago now! Easy to use and rewarding bank

Easy to set up and navigate

The way forward

I love the account. It is really easy to create different accounts within the app. It’s also very rewarding and gives interest regularly. The customer experience and service is great and responsive.
