Excellent Cashback Offer!

Excellent customer service. Love having cash back on most purchases.

I've had to contact Chase customer services on two occasions. On both phone calls I was answered very quickly by a person, rather than being put through to a queue. During my last call, they were incredibly helpful and left me feeling really impressed with Chase bank. I'm really pleased Chase have continued offering cash back after being a customer for over one year. Also love the 5% rollover, it all adds up. Chase are also very quick to increase interest rates. Chase Bank - What a banking breath of fresh air

I opened a chase account and within half an hour this was in full use, making payments, transferring funds, opening additional accounts. The 1% cash back on my expenditure, the round-up facility and the ability to set up accounts for different activities are just some of the easily accessible and simply to operate facilities that make this bank a pleasure to deal with.
