Breath of fresh air

Safe all round banking app

Very good UX of the Chase UK app, and a very generous rewards scheme. It's super reassuring that is backed by such a big world class bank. Customer Support handled all the requests with a urgency and took a lot of their time to answer in detail each query. A feature that I would love to see is joint accounts!
