Great across the board

The app is easy to use and my savings and current account were very easy to set up. Any issues I had with payments/sending money wrong etc, the customer service team was very quick to help and the service was very seamless. There are also great benefits that comes with both current and saving accounts. I’ve even recommended the bank to all my friends and a couple of them have opened an account after my recommendation. Great all round service

Been with Chase since September 2022. Really easy to sign up and their app is superb to use and navigate. I am soon going to switch fully to chase bank for all my baking needs. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Best bank I ever used
