Have been exceptionally impressed with the quality of the Chase experience. Excellent support. App is best I’ve ever used and the interest rates across both current and saver accounts is competitive. My first totally online account

I am very pleased with this account, sure there was initial blocking while the bank's systems got to know my spending habits. But with a phone call this was all sorted and I have not had any further problems. The products and competitive credit interest rates are good. Especially if you compare them to high street banks.
