Best switch I've ever made

I get a phone notification every time anything happens on my account. The round up in my first year and then 5% interest on top has been a real.boost. Although banking is primarily online I was connected very promptly to a human when phoning with a question, without being put on hold for an endless amount of time. Excellent accounts with good rewards

Very quick and easy to set up the account and a savings account. Both offer very competitive rates and features. App is very easy to use. Have dealt with Chase Customer Services on several occasions and quick to get a reaction and excellent service provided. Am mature in years but Chase have turned out to be a surprise in how good they are compared to all the other banks/accounts that I have used. Can't recommend enough. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Great competitor
