Excellent customer service, you actually speak to a person

I had a problem with a possible scam with my bank account. I was given a phone number to ring on my Chase app and within a few minutes I had a person sorting this out for me. Giving me complete reassurance that this had been sorted and that they would continue to keep a close eye on all of my accounts with them. Quick result and very friendly. We'll done Chase. Already recommended

I use my Chase current account for every day spending due to getting the 1% cashback and the 5% roundup facility. It doesn't sound much but is amazing how quickly it all adds up.
