Great Bank

Apart from initial teething problems with the app there has been no problem using this bank. Balances and transactions are updated swiftly. Now it is paying interest on current account balances makes it even more attractive. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Great for travellers

I was wowed when I used my Chase account in France, instant confirmation of payment and currency exchange rate used, it all felt very secure and no nasty Forex surprises! Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Best current account in a long time

I enjoy banking with Chase, the app is user friendly and simple, it is quick to transfer money between current account and savings account and the rewards sections are clear and easy to manage. The rewards themselves are great perks and keep me checking in regularly on my spending and how to maximise my money. Very happy so far

I have been a chase customer for about 8 months, the app is great, 1% cash back is a bonus, I use the round up ( which you need to think about sometimes as a £2.10 coffee turns into a £3 coffee) the savings account is great as well. I’d like to see what happens after a year. Will I lose the cash back ? I gather interest on you account is coming… I have recommended this account to people, some are reluctant to change accounts, I’m glad I did. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
