Best bank I've ever dealt with

The Chase bank app and online chat service are exceptional. Any issues are dealt with immediately. My brother has an account too and recently lost his wallet - within 10 minutes the card was cancelled and a new replacement was up and running on his phone using Google Pay. The current account gives 1% Cashback and uses a Round Up account. The saving account on the same app gives 3% interest and it's easy to swap funds between accounts. Perfect and no nonsense. The account card has no banking info printed on it and can be switched on and off (made inactive) using the app. Most internet use is verified immediately through the app. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Great new addition to banking in the UK

Very easy to use. Instant confirmation of transactions on the app. Only complaint is that when used abroad the transaction only shows the GB pounds spent, not the original currency and the exchange rate. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

A breath of fresh air in Banking

Easy to setup, and use the App, Every purchase I get cash back. Fully integrated with Google Pay. Bank card doesn't have my details on it. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

My current account experience

Easy to open, to used, great deals as there is a 3% return on expenses that go directly though the debit card, friendly app. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
