Very pleased I opened a Chase account primarily when travelling but now using regularly for everyday spending. Interest on spending, round-ups and soon on the current account. Great app is simplicity and example to other banks. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Best New Bank

Brilliant communication, straight forward app to use. Constantly giving back to the customers. Initially 1% cashback on spending for a year but now extending that to loyal customers from April too. Constantly increasing their savings account rates in line with the BoE increases when many other banks are not following suit and only offering measily 1 and 2% savings rate. Honestly cannot fault them and would recommend to everyone. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Excellent all round account

This is the best online only bank account I’ve held. Great cash back on purchases & round up make this my preferred banking app. I particularly like the advance warning notification of upcoming direct debit payments. Online help has been good when I needed it. It’s a solid 10/10 for me. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
