Excellent product marvellous app

Extremely hAPPy with Chase bank

I used to be scared using an app based bank but after being a customer for almost a year I feel as though I should have done this a long ago. It’s extremely safe. Getting through to customer service is quick. The app is easy to use and the products are not bad at all. I am benefiting from the 1% cash back from purchases. From April I believe the current account will also pay 1% interest. The only thing I would like to see it add is more saving account options. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Excellent bank.

Opened a current account exactly one year ago. Use them for everything I spend on a day to day bases and had 1% cash back on nearly every transaction. They have just informed me that they will give me 1% cash back going forward but will need to have at least £500 arrive in the account monthly. This is the first time I have recommended any bank to friends and family. The only small downside is that you can only have the app on one device were I have other banks on both my tablet and phone. The way a bank should operate

The product is fantastic, the rewards are excellent and the process of using the product through the app is seamless. Even when I have called Customer services, they answer immediately and always resolve any issue I have, which are few and far between. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Easy to Use

Chase is so easy to use, monies available straight away, always wants confirmation in the app when making a payment online. Saving rates are good, can't fault Chase at the minute. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
