What's been missing

This bank has got the jump on all other "traditional" UK banks in offering cashback on all spending and a decent interest rate on instant access savings. Technology based banking excellence

Superb app with great transactional detail. Love the notifications of transactions and the UX. Good, simple savings account with decent rate of credit interest and love 1% cashback on spending from current account. All iun all done very well. I had one not great instance of customer service but my complaint was professionally responded in a timely manner with a fair outcome. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
