Great bank, easy to use App, great products

Looking after customers

The bank has continued the cash back scheme for current customers rather than scrapping it after a year. This shows how they value their existing customers and don’t prioritise new customers over loyalty. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Fresh air

Good rewards and easy admin

My first year with Chase and I am pleased I opened an account. Everything is so easy on the app and the communication of transactions is also brilliant. Cash back and round up are great benefits and I now have savings accounts that pay competitive rates. Well done all at Chase. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Flexibility in an App

I have found this App perfect for my day to day use. It is simple enough and maybe most important is flexible with how you work with your money. You can move between the higher interest savings accounts and the current account which is the one you use to spend money in the shop. These transfers are done quickly and reliably so you could transfer money whilst standing in the queue to ensure there is enough money to cover the bill. They even give a small amount of interest for the current account as well. The company are very reactive to changers in interest rates and in my experience have been the first to raise interest rates on your savings ahead of other apps I have used. I recommend them highly.
