Fast App

App works well and can complete most transactions very quickly. The 3% on savings, 1% cashback on spending and 5% on roundup is fantastic. I wish other banks would match these offers. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Great account

The Chase banking app is very easy to use to manage my current account. The recent addition of interest is a bonus and works well with the roundup mechanism which allows you to face without noticing! Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

A bank with a difference

This bank offers an excellent product and rewards you more generously than others for being with them. The whole process was easy to set up, the day to day management is a doddle and you're kept well informed. But, for me, the most important thing is the outstanding customer service. When I had a minor problem the person I spoke to was so polite, knowledgeable and fixed the issue straight away. Even gave a little compensation for the hassle.
