Easy banking, no paper, lots extras

At first, the only bank to offer best rewards, best savings and best app! Since then, other banks have try to emulate Chase which in my mind is testament to how Chase is a disruptive influence-which is good for all. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Fantastic service

I joined Chase a year ago as they were offering a very competitive cash back offer on transactions. Occasionally I've had to message them and they have always been prompt and helpful with my enquiries. They have also kept pace with recent changes to the BoE interest rates and for an instant access savings account 3% is very competitive. I've recommended them to quite a few friends now too! Great for USA holidays

We were so pleased at the number of places we could use our card in the states without having g to be transfer charges and we got 1% back on our shopping too. A shame the 3% at amazon has ended and the interest on our savings is generally competitive but not always the top rate available. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Modern banking at its best

Easy to set up a bank account, and set up savings accounts too. The debit card doesn’t have the number on it which is weird at first but very handy to just get in app. Couldn’t fault the service and the rewards too. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
