Mixed feelings!

Whilst I have found the Chase debit card brilliant to use abroad, good rates, easily accepted, easy to top up - I do not find it very easy to look at what I have spent, either on the app or on downloaded statements. The top up amounts muddy the screens and are not always next to the item they relate to? Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Great Cashback & Easy to Use

I've used Chase Bank for a while now. The 1% Cashback has been really good which accumulates over the few months I was using it. The round up feature is also good where I overall get 5% interest rate from it. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Great new way of Banking

I was sceptical when downloading the app as to how this bank would work. However, its easy to use. you get interest paid on any savings account. I've got a debit card which gives great rates abroad and 1% cashback on all spending. What more could I ask for? Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Great bank -for once matches up to the adverts

Opened a current and savings account. It is managed online. What can I say. Easy to use , transparent and very customer focussed. The rates are good and the lack of charges abroad is fantastic. The 1% cash back on purchases is a real bonus . I opened a Nutmeg account of the back of Chase ( they are linked) so one app does both. Brilliant well done Chase , finally a company who actually values its customers, they even are easy to contact AND-they actually reply to you with coherent sentances Reviewed on: 9th March 2023
