amazing used you guys whilst on holiday in japan and no transaction fees easy to transfer everything and good rates, wish i could move over from barclays... probably will do when i can be bothered, thanks again for everything and the amazing UI in the app too, others should take note!!!! Absolutely first class service and App, superb

Chase bank since I opened a current account and saver account a few weeks ago have been a breath of fresh air. Fantastic service and the app is absolutely first class. They answer calls quickly as well which nowadays is a very rare thing with other companies. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Best banking experience, Simplicity and availability!

Best banking experience, so simply and so easy i did my research into all the banks and i specifically chose chase because of their customer service experience and how easy it is to navigate through their systems. I love it and i am happy i am a chase member. They give amazing interest rates and have so many options and features available for customers. When i want to get into contact with chase all i have to do is call and someone is always on the other end of the line no matter what time it is. I left my nationwide and my monzo and only rely on chase and it has been such an easy move and i have not regretted it once. Will definitely stay with chase and recommend chase to anyone i can because they do their job right and i am very satisfied. They genuinely deserve the award. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
