I can give you an example, I recently had a problem with a third party taking money from an order that I cancelled. Chase customer service was so patient with me. They assured me that as soon as the transaction was finalised, they would rectify the problem. I do not regret banking with Chase at all! Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Chase Bank’s current account is a great choice. There are no monthly fees and you get a great cash back incentive along with the accompanied savings account with the 1.75% AER boost.
