I have loved being a part of chase bank.

I have loved being a part of chase bank. I love the cash back and the ability to do round up! I've saved a lot of money doing this. Also, the staff on chat are really friendly and easy to understand. When I needed to change my name they did so quickly and kept in communication with me. The banking app is easy to use and money transfers quickly. Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

Great bank account

I like the 1% cash back on most of my spending and the linked round-up savings. I also found it useful to have free overseas spending while on holiday. There have been very few problems with my bank account so I have rarely contacted the customer service team, but when I did they were well informed and happy to explain things and deal with issues quickly. I use Chase as my everyday spending account as I get 1% cash back if I deposit enough the previous month to qualify. It also rounds up my transactions and gives me a good interest rate on the rounded up amounts.
