A good all round product.

Chase has scaled its benefits back a bit, but it’s still a great bank. We travel a lot, you get great exchange rates when you’re using your debit card abroad. The 1% cashback is now capped at £15, which is a little disappointing, but still better than competitors. I have needed customer service on a couple of occasions, they have been excellent. Overall easy reliable banking

I have only once had issues with the app where I couldn't access my money, hence 4/5 stars. Other than that the service is always fantastic and it is quick and easy to get in touch with a real person.
