Great customer service when I wanted to understand how to use my Chase card for making Euro transactions in European countries. The Chase agent went through the process with me until I was happy to use it during my forthcoming holiday to Portugal. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Fantastic bank

Very easy to use abroad, the app is easy to navigate, the cash back is a lovely bonus that you can withdraw to your current account. The exchange rate you receive when abroad is brilliant. Easy to open an account online. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025
