Chase is easy to use, I love the additional savings accounts you can have alongside your current account. Easy to move money around. Like the extra you can get and incentives. Had a great exchange rate when abroad and no charge for using either. Can get hold of someone to speak to within minutes. I lost my card and they were brilliant at sorting it out and sending me a new card. Great online bank. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025

Chase is a fantastic versatile bank.

Chase is a fantastic versatile bank. I have used it several times whilst travelling abroad incurring no transfer charges or withdrawal charges. When I lost my card whilst abroad in Spain, I was able to instantly freeze the card on the app but continue to use the account from my phone. I hit straight through to customer services who were extremely helpful and put my mind at rest to be able to still use my account. When I hit home there was a replacement card waiting for me.
