My favourite banking app!

I found it really easy to set up my Chase Current Account online. The instructions and uploading of my details and ID had clear instructions and help available at every stage. I particularly like how Easy and Quick their App is to use even when I am out and about. It is really helpful that Chase notify of payments made into my account and of upcoming Direct Debits and other pending payments. I have a number of Current Accounts and this is by far the most user friendly banking App and online account. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025

3 years Chase convert!

I originally opened a Chase account when they were doing the refer a friend offer and had no intention in keeping the account open after I had received the rewards. However 3 years later and I now use chase for my everyday spending. I like that you can earn up to £15 cashback every month, the app is very easy to use and navigate, the customer service when needed has always been great. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025

Been with Chase 3 years and happy.

Been with Chase 3 years with a current account that has interest on savings. Sometimes better than other banks but getting more competitive, that keeps them on their toes. No consideration of changing banks, very happy. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025
