I’ve been using Chase Bank’s current account for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s the best high street banking experience I’ve had. Their customer service is outstanding—far superior to any other major UK bank I’ve dealt with. Every interaction I’ve had with their team has been smooth, and they actually take the time to resolve issues rather than just reading off a script.
