I didn’t expect to receive cashback, but it was a great surprise! The bank is very easy to use, with a simple and intuitive app that makes managing finances effortless. Excellent customer service

Had a current account for a year. Did a current account transfer from old account. Had issue with one of the direct debit (not chase fault). Chase were excellent in answering questions speedily and efficiently. Never waste my time with them. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025

Perfection

I opened my current account as soon as I got to the front of the waiting list shortly after launch, very responsive & intuitive app, any customer service contact has been great (only once I think when doing a large transaction) - I have recommended the Chase current account to 8-10 friends all of whom have opened accounts (& have recommended Chase to their family themselves).
