The account has a variable interest rate and you can make withdrawals whenever you like. There are no fees or charges and you can open up to ten Chase saver accounts with each one earning interest.

Problems with my online banking

At first I had some problems with my online banking but they were happy to help out and were so friendly!! Knowing how to use the app now, it is so easy to use and I love that the card doesn’t have your details on it. Makes it a lot more secure to have everything on the app! Reviewed on: 15th March 2024

Suboptimal customer service/responsiveness for high val

I made the mistake to use Chase UK as the deposit account to buy my house in central London. As it took them almost one week to wire my deposit funds not only did I risk to loose the purchase but also I had to pay over GBP1,500 penalty fees to the seller. Chase refunded GBP25 after several days of phone and written complaints. Disgraceful. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

High rate, excellent customer service

The Chase savings account gives an excellent interest rate, and the ability to pay directly into savings by account number and sort code is a helpful feature that I haven't encountered with the savings accounts of other banks I've used. I also find it easier to manage payees and regular payments in the Chase app than in other banking apps. With that said, the Chase app can sometimes be slow when navigating between pages.
