Saving incentives

They have really great saving incentives with some great interest rates. The round up feature helps me save without feeling like I’m saving and so it is a nice surprise when it is filled up. Finally the 4.1% interest rate is really good. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Practical responsive help with online system

I opened up a chase savings account to keep my lump retirement sum until my mortgage renewal came up when I used it to pay off most of my mortgage. The customer service has always been exemplary and when the time came to transfer money this was really important as it felt really scarey transferring such a large amount of money and I realised I didn’t know how to use the app to do so which was really stressful as there was a time pressure too. I called for help and was calmly helped through the whole process which was so helpful and such a relief. I’d say a really responsive and helpful service. Great Bank .

Very competitive savings rate for instant access savings account. Have recommended Chase to five of my friends who have all opened accounts. I like the fact that I can spend my money in other countries without having to pay charges and the limit to withdraw cash from the ATM's overseas is very good. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024
