Fantastic user friendly app, really excellent customer service - I needed to raise my transfer limit to send a large sum, and I was able to do this on the app chat function - with what I think was a real human - and the request was actioned securely and very quickly. I find the Chase Bank savings to be very valuable. Not only can you earn a good rate of 4.1% on the easy access savings but you can also open several savings accounts in seconds.
