Chase account opened to use the card on holiday

I got a Chase account so I could use the card abroad when I was on holiday and when I saw the savings rate I opened a savings account too, the rate was more than double compared to my bank that I have been with all my life. Reviewed on: 13th April 2024

Streamlined professional banking service

I have called Chase on several occasions, and never had lengthy waits to be connected to an advisor, which is almost unheard of in today's banking arena. Also, the reward system of spend and save, is very user friendly. The App's navigation properties and layout are excellent, and accrued interest is clearly laid out, without being mystified or deeply embedded, requiring a handbook.
