Great rate, easy withdrawals.

Nice easy recent transfer to Chetwood. Best rate on the market, and fast smooth withdrawals when I've needed to. No app, but mobile access via browser is easy enough. Reviewed on: 9th February 2025

Customer service excellent. Rates not competitive

I first opened my savings account with Chetwood as they had an excellent savings rate. However, they dropped the rate so are now under other providers. I found their customer service very good but am disappointed the rate doesnt match others. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

The best banking experience I have ever had

I can honestly say that my experience with Chetwood Bank has been beyond compare. From the use of the website to how to log on and to the fact that when I called the bank they actually answered the phone very quickly and the person was in the UK! They were polite and professional and very helpful. I have made deposits and withdrawals several times and it is a very quick and easy process. I have lived all over the world and used several UK banks as well and so far Chetwood Bank is the best experience I have ever had. Also the rates are very good! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

Chetwood Bank and me.

I became aware of Chetwood through Martin Lewis's newsletter. With FSC protection up to £85k and a very competitive savings rate, it made sense to open an account. The only downside for me is that the account is managed online, rather than through an app. Otherwise, I would score it full marks. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025
