Easy to use. Good rate of interest for easy access

It was really easy to set up the account. They needed a couple of day to check something but kept me fully informed on screen and by email. Depositing, logging in etc has been fine. Great all rounder

Very competitive interest rate and good online security with 2 factor authentication. Customer sevice by email was very good but it may slightly exceed the aim of a 3 business day response. Haven't tried customer service by phone which I'm sure it would be quicker. Reviewed on: 29th January 2025
