Set and forget saving made super easy

I've saved so much using Chip. It has helped me set aside money for esentials and also save for the future. It's behavioural economics at its most simple - set and forget - and I trust Chip never to put me in hot water by taking too much, its machine learning is uncannily accurate. Hip hip - Chip

Chip banking was recommended to me by my daughter. They were offering a better savings interest rate, specifically on sums up to £5,000, which was one of the reasons I chose to save with Chip. It is very easy to manage your money with Chip and the information on the app keeps you up to speed on how your savings are looking. It’s a definite thumps up from me. Reviewed on: 10th March 2021

Slick and quick.

I’d read good things about Chip on Money Savings Expert and after a little research, I was convinced it was a pretty nifty savings app that offered great interest rates for the first £5000 and then a clever way to ‘chip’ away at my bank account and squirrel funds into a savings account that seemed to grow quickly without my having noticed. It takes control...if you want it to, and becomes your ‘automatic’ personal financial advisor, encouraging you to save not spend and to manage without stretching your limits. It’s responsive and it’s obvious that as Chip grows as a company, so will the services and support it offers. It’s a little like a Smart Watch but for your finances rather than your fitness. I like the goals, the options to save as much or as little as I like, the clarity of the communication and the quick response of the support team. All in all, I think Chip is a grower and will continue to go from strength to strength. Reviewed on: 10th March 2021

Changed my savings!

I never had any savings prior to chip, a friend recommended I set it up. It started saving quite large chunks of money for me and quickly made me realise just how much I could be saving. I ended up setting up regular, large saving deposits into my account and I am now on my way to saving for a house deposit! Reviewed on: 10th March 2021

Nothing quite like it

Chip is a powerful software that sorts out automatic, and smart, savings based on current credit in a chosen account and your outgoings. They have recently allowed users to invest in their company, and are now offering very lucrative interest rate on the in-app saving account, which is a welcome bonus in these economic climes. Their user interface is simple and easy to navigate. In the odd times I have queried with their help desk, I get responses in a written format (good for paper trail and, hard of hearing!) within an hour. The responses are easy to understand and have limited jargon. When wanting to withdraw money, it gets to your linked bank account promptly, even over a weekend. Reviewed on: 10th March 2021

Useful savings pot

I don’t use the AI Auto Saving feature of Chip+1, for me it’s just a great rate on a lump sum, but I can see it could be a useful means to save without noticing Reviewed on: 10th March 2021

Amazingly easy

I’ve used chip for just over a year and have saved 10k! I forget it’s there most of the time I absolutely couldn’t rate it enough, so easy to use and so easy to save what you can afford. Reviewed on: 10th March 2021
