Nice rates, shame about the service

While the savings rates are attractive, the customer service leaves much to be desired, and the 'live chat' sometimes takes 2-3 days to come back with a response. Reviewed on: 10th March 2021

Easy to set up and then just works

So is easy to set up, then it just works. Choose between auto save account or manual save only and there are bonus paying accounts available. I’ve been a customer for years and it’s really helped with a regular savings option which is smart and adjusts saves based on their algorithm. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 10th March 2021

Outstanding service

A simple idea executed extremely well. The improvements that the chip team continue to make ensure the app is user friendly and as transparent as possible. Lifechanging

Since I started with Chip I can count the number of credit card purchases I've made on one hand. It's very easy to use and the savings really mount up. The great thing is the ease of withdrawing funds. It's easy to save more than you think you need because if you do run out of money in your current account then you can get your Chip funds back that same day. Reviewed on: 10th March 2021

Hassle Free Saving

The automated process of Chip moving money from my current account to a saving account has made a huge difference to how I go about saving.
