All The Sizzle but Very Little Steak

All the fancy marketing and eye-catching headline rates hold little sway when you need some good, old-fashioned customer service, and that's where with Chip, there is very little to be had. All interaction is pushed via the in-app messaging feature which turns out to be just a 'bot telling you to expect a response in around 2 days. In today's always-on world of electronic finance, that simply is not good enough. Add this to a busy interface that obfuscates the simple tasks, Chip becomes a hard "pass" from me. Lack of privacy

When connecting my bank account to CHIP it wants access to my banking transactions for the last few years. This is surely social profiling? Reviewed on: 28th September 2024

Such an easy to use app that helps you save by rounding off your bank balance at regular intervals. Hardly notice you’re saving which is the beauty of it! I found it super easy to sign up and then it saves for you, no need to even log in. Apart from to check your every growing balance :) Reviewed on: 26th August 2024
