Very easy to get started to with an account, I've just signed up at the beginning of this year. And I love the automatic save feature and saving automatically is big help for me as I put small amounts of money way into savings pot. Great app to save money with.

All The Sizzle but Very Little Steak

All the fancy marketing and eye-catching headline rates hold little sway when you need some good, old-fashioned customer service, and that's where with Chip, there is very little to be had. All interaction is pushed via the in-app messaging feature which turns out to be just a 'bot telling you to expect a response in around 2 days. In today's always-on world of electronic finance, that simply is not good enough. Add this to a busy interface that obfuscates the simple tasks, Chip becomes a hard "pass" from me.
