Excellent customer experience, great features

I've been with Chip almost from the start and I haven't looked back. They just keep improving. They address user niggles quickly but with thought, reason, and keeping in mind any impact it may have on the overall experience. The customer service is easy to access and very responsive. I've introduced a few members of my family to them and they find Chip just as useful and easy as I do. The app is very user friendly and its easy to access the features I need. Chip is a fantastic app to bank with. Their Cash ISA is easy to access and has a great interest rate. The app itself is very easy to use, including for new users. I particularly like the visuals they use to show how your savings are growing each month. Reviewed on: 11th February 2026
