I've been with Chip for about 5 years now and never had any problems. If i need to transfer money out it is done there and then ,no having to wait days others make you wait. Reviewed on: 11th February 2026

Great range of products in on spot

Great experience all round my only small frustration is the dropping of bank links with both face identified on phone it makes setting up challenging and reduces traffic to and from my accounts. Would be great if connected bank links could be set Reviewed on: 11th February 2026

Clear visuals and great rates

Excellent customer experience, great features

I've been with Chip almost from the start and I haven't looked back. They just keep improving. They address user niggles quickly but with thought, reason, and keeping in mind any impact it may have on the overall experience. The customer service is easy to access and very responsive. I've introduced a few members of my family to them and they find Chip just as useful and easy as I do. The app is very user friendly and its easy to access the features I need.
