Is convenience worth the cost?

I had a positive experience when I was stuck in a bad situation, clockwise was a last stop to try and consolidate debt. the only negative point was with renewing a loan, you are charged interest on the remainder of balance you add to in effect paying double. Think before topping up- about how much the cost is of convenience and if it is worth it for you. All in all a good experience. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2026

They really do consider all circumstances.

They really do consider all circumstances. I wouldnt be able to get a loan elsewhere but after sending in evidence of payment plans they let me take out a loan. Coming straight from my benefit makes it so much easier Reviewed on: 3rd May 2026

I Can't say a bad word, Pledge saving is great.

When in need, I resorted to credit union/now clockwise for a loan. The service they offered was safe and fair for people who require a personal loan. The process was simple and everybody I spoken to dealt with me perfectly, great customer service and no bad attitudes. The duration from point of application was fairly quick. The best thing I like about clockwise is the pledge savings. When you take a loan you will pay extra which goes into a saving account which can be accessed when the loan is paid in full.
