most human experience I've had in a while

I found out about clockwise while looking for loan options available to me. I found out by chance that they covered the county where I lived at the time. The following day I joined Clockwise and was offered the loan with terms that fit my needs. The team was very supportive as well, easy to communicate with. This was unexpected. These days, when I interact with banks and similar financial institutions, I have to get through layers and layers of automated support. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2025

Super helpful

Gave me false information from the start!

Gave me false information from the start, did not tell me Monzo Cards don't work with them. Mislead me as told I was able to change payment to standing order false. Only payment from payroll! Lied to by customer service on the phone and online. I never even got to sign my agreement, cancelled my application on the phone! DO NOT USE! Reviewed on: 15th April 2025
