I’ve been a customer with Clockwise Credit Union for a while now, and my overall experience has been excellent. I initially joined to help manage my finances more responsibly, and I’ve found their services incredibly supportive, especially compared to high-interest lenders. I recently took out a personal loan, and the application process was straightforward and stress-free. The online application was easy to navigate, and I received a decision quickly—within the same day. The funds were transferred promptly, which really helped me manage an urgent expense without having to turn to payday lenders. What I appreciate most is that Clockwise is a not-for-profit organization, so you really feel like they have your best interests at heart. The staff are friendly, understanding, and non-judgmental, which made me feel comfortable throughout the process. It’s clear they genuinely care about financial wellbeing rather than just making money.
