Very helpful

I took a loan from credit union few years back then struggled to pay it, I eventually paid it off but instead of closing my account straight away Notts credit union let me keep it. I now use it as savings account. Very helpful and understanding staff. Thank you Reviewed on: 31st May 2023

A Brilliant Community Resource

It is a pleasure to go into the branch to speak to the staff, they are always welcoming, and, of course, they look after our money. It is great as well to take part in the AGM meeting and see the people behind the scene and their commitment and expertise. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023

Committed staff and service

Having a responsive Credit Union that is committed to improving its service year on year, is great to see. They are doing their best to raise the awareness of the dangers of high cost credit and loans sharks along with supporting people with this cost of living crisis by referring people to food banks and helping to address issues such as gambling addiction. Very efficient and hassle free

The app is easy to use and my savings with Notts and Lincs was easy. I had no issue really and was confident that my money is secured. Also I’d like it to have interest as all savings account have interest added on. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023

Easy saving that soon mounts up.

I only pay a few quid in every month from my wages so I don't notice the money's gone, and I've almost forgotten about it. However, it soon mounts up and has come in very handy when needed. Painless saving that supports an application for loans. Staff are always friendly and helpful and are happy to explain things. Not for profit means that savers and borrowers get a good deal.
