Perfect and continually improving service

I joined credit union over twenty years ago at the start it was going down to a shop to pay into your savings or to get a loan you were always met with a smile but it soon went digital which for me was brilliant it took the worry out of having to remember as I set a standing order that I can change myself but I can also now access my account online I have only used the savings side as am on benefits now but when I first started I did get a loan which was easy to pay back I call this the poor man's bank for what it offers thank you Reviewed on: 30th May 2023
