Best Supportive Partner

I came to N and LCU in a time of need. You listened, supported me and helped me when I needed it most. I am now fortunate that I do not need further loans, but have continued to save with you. There when you need it.

The Union gave a loan when no other lender would and at an affordable rate to pay back and improve. My credit score. I am glad to be a member and support the service. Reviewed on: 30th May 2023

I feel disconnected

Post Covid I no longer feel a valued member. Withdrawing my own money from branch isn’t allowed. I felt forced to use their partner/ Engage which charges me every time I withdraw my own money from an ATM,monthly fees,etc basically now I have to pay to access my own money/access my account. I feel this goes against the ethos of the credit union. Reviewed on: 30th May 2023

I never regret joining the credit union. My aunty told me to get an account and I've never looked back. The service is excellent. Always extremely helpful over the phone. The online service is excellent. Clear, concise easy to read information. I use the online account mostly and I never have problems signing in or managing my money. The service has so many benefits and is focused on its community. I know I will utilise the affordable money services in the future. I always recommend others to use the credit union to support the services future. The TV show on BBC was really informative and demonstrative of the service that is offered to the community.
