Online Banking with and In Branch Feel

Close Brothers have some of the best fixed rates at the moment and the 2 year fixed rate ISA suited me best. The account was pretty straightforward to open. I phoned their customer helpline twice and on both occasions my query was dealt with effectively, efficiently and successfully. The best part was that I didn't have to hold on for very long at all.
