Excellent in all aspects . Easy transactions. Good customer service . I chose Close Brothers as their interest rate was one of the highest at the time of my investment . Would definitely recommend and will invest with them in the future Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

15 Years of excellent service

I have now been with Close Brothers for the past 15 years and have always been pleased with the service they have provided. I am a self-directed investor, probably quite conservative, and have onlys recently expanded my portfolio to include other investments, based on their website recommendations, rather than just the Close Trust funds. These I have bought and sold as the mood takes me and the transactions have been easy and accurate on all occasions. I recently moved part of my fund to an ISA savings account, again with Close-Brothers, and this was efficiently dealt with. Communication by phone or email has always been dealt with quickly and efficiently, what more could you ask for! I am impressed with the company and would recommend to any who wishes to invest in a safe haven, subject to the Stock Market. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Haven't had any problems so have had little contact with Customer Services but found the website informative and easy to navigate. Always kept up to date with changes so happy with my account. Would be great to access it via an app though. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Great company

My partner told me to get in touch with Close Brothers as he has invested with them and told me they were good. I was not disappointed I applied for a ISA and was accepted with a great interest rate.
